This paper focuses on the deep links between mathematics and finance, drawing parallels to both theory and practice. It reviews teaching and research approaches, discusses methods and outcomes, but also highlights practical examples, such as alternative cost structures. How Mathematics can be translated into financial knowledge through the use of a simple Python code example using the Black-Scholes formula. The outcomes point to the importance of achieving financial literacy, improving financial education, and emphasizing the use of advanced mathematical concepts in decision-making.References
