Abstract

This study explores the relationship of tumour suppressors and oncogenes–classifications of proteins–in the development of leiomyosarcoma, a rare and aggressive cancer. The paper reviews the molecular mechanisms of various proteins, emphasising their roles in tumour formation and progression. The findings underscore the importance of understanding these molecular pathways to enhance early detection and treatment strategies for this challenging cancer.
