Abstract

This research paper analyzes the barriers blocking legal action in corporate social responsibility, and the methods by which companies take advantage of CSR for their reputation and profits. Despite the significance of CSR in the corporate world, various legal obstacles disrupt the execution of CSR standards, which include those pertaining to gender, race, and environmentalism. Historically, companies have exploited these legal barriers to strengthen their image while sustaining immoral practices. This paper recognizes and examines the key legal obstacles that hold back proper CSR implementation while offering insightful legal solutions to remove these obstacles to assure voluntary CSR adherence by companies. The objective of this paper is to encourage compliance with legal frameworks, ensuring that CSR efforts result in justice instead of serving as a mechanism for corporate gain.
